Msquared House

Msquared House is a two-storey residence of five bedrooms located in Lakatamia area. The ground floor hosts the living rooms, the kitchen and a guest room on the southwest side. Four bedrooms and a roof garden are organized on the first floor.

The residence is designed and oriented based on the bioclimatic architecture principles. The kitchen is placed in the northern side of the ground floor while the rest of the spaces are facing the south and the residence’s courtyard. In addition, the bedrooms on the first floor are designed in such a way to provide openings on at least two sides ensuring throughout air ventilation.
