Preliminary Design
Research and preparation of design solutions that meet the needs and wishes of the customer. Study alternative scenarios and choose the best possible solution. Presentation of the most prevalent solution in 3D model in order to understand the morphology, the design and the functionality of the spaces created and thus the choice of the best solution.
Final Study
Coordinate consultants (architect, civil, mechanical, electrical engineers, quantity surveyor) to complete plans and data for the study. Prepare final designs and a detailed 3D model, including interior furnishings if requested. Present a 3D walkthrough of the building’s interior and exterior. Provide lighting and landscape design upon customer request.
Issue Of Town & Building Permit
Compile documents with studies from all consultants and begin procedures for town and building permits. Obtain approvals from authorities, essential for construction to start. Prepare tender plans for contractors. The quantity surveyor evaluates bids, and the customer selects the best one in collaboration with the architect and quantity surveyor.
Design & Construction Details
Prepare detailed construction and design plans before and during construction if needed. Develop comprehensive plans using modern, eco-friendly materials and methods in collaboration with project consultants. Focus on minimizing uncertainties. Include plans for fixed indoor and outdoor furnishings upon customer request.
Construction Supervision
Supervise all construction stages with regular site visits. Specifically, a weekly visit to the site by the architect and a monthly gathering of all contractors, subcontractors and consultants to check the progress of the project and discuss any issue may occur. Additional site visits by the architect, at any other time required or deemed necessary by himself or any other correspondent of the project.
Post Completion Support
Responsibility for examining the quality of the result after the temporary delivery of the project to the customer. Confirmation of the correct completion of the project, notice and suggestions to the contractor of any imperfections, mistakes, damages or deficiencies. Correction of imperfections and damages by the contractor to achieve excellence in the project.
