NICOSIA ONE

Tower “NICOSIA ONE” attempts to bring a new breath of contemporary architecture to the city becoming a “jewel” of Nicosia. The project proposes the creation of a 30-storey tower, which integrates outdoor green spaces into the design of each floor in order to create pleasant spaces for users of “NICOSIA ONE” and for the inhabitants of Nicosia. The green zone follows a spiral path that surrounds the tower and gradually taking nature to a higher level offering a green view to the area. The inclusion of natural elements in the design of a building of such scale it positively contributes undoubtedly to its bioclimatic function. At the same time, vertical development allows the creation of a public square space in front of the tower. It is a mixed-use building housing both office and commercial spaces as well as residential spaces.
